Trying out heart coherence

In position

Relaxed, hand on your heart,
your mind fully focused on the exercise:
take deep breaths in and out equally.

Let's go, for five minutes of action!

Philippe Auclaire took inspiration from the ATELIER's design to create three motion design variations to put into practice the "3.6.5." principle from Dr O’Hare:
Three times a day, six breathing cycles per minute, for five minutes.

Use these images to guide your breathing, marking each minute completed.

How does Pascal Grasso's box immerse us in the "heart" of this principle?

Pascal Grasso's design invites us to try out heart coherence and experience its benefits.

Visitors are immersed in an environment that surprises as much as it protects us, a bubble of relaxation and letting go. As designed, the space isolates us from the agitation of the world outside. It offers a luxurious invitation to withdraw into ourselves and listen to our heartbeats;

The regular undulations of the shapes and troughs in the walls emanate a coherent sinusoidal rhythm.

The presentation marks us in another way, by an immersion that invites us to slow down right to our very breath, while variations of light sweep over the space's colours at the same rhythm of coherence. The regular undulations formed by the shapes and troughs on the walls are a sinusoidal curve that echo the cyclical rhythm that is projected onto it.

The environment, the body and the mind all get on the same, harmonious wavelength.
